Below are some written instructions for getting the laptop working.
Please email [email protected] if you don’t know your school log in password or require any assistance with this. If you can provide a photo or screen shot of any error messages this will make it quicker for us to resolve the issue.
Firstly, ensure your laptop is connected to your WiFi. The laptop needs to be connected before anything can be done.
Next, there are 2 different logins that you need to use with your laptop, please use the correct one at each stage.
When you turn on the laptop. Login using the ODfS username & password provided with the laptop. This will either be on a sticker on the laptop itself or a piece of paper you were given with the laptop. It will look like below example:
[email protected] - ensure letter O and number 0 for email address is used as shown
Oba2365---- - please use capital O and not number 0 at the start of the password
Internet password when you open Edge or Chrome browser you will see this
Use your school username and password here (the one you use to login to a PC in school). So, this will look like this:
Username: ob-ac\surnamefirstname please ensure that you type a back slash \
Password: the password you use to log in to a computer at school.
Do not use any email address and password logins here, this will not work
