Ormiston Bolingbroke Academy hosted its first Masters Day for students from Palacefields, Moore Primary and Aston by Sutton on the 4th July. Students were treated to Master classes in Dance, Singing, Maths, English and Cooking. Children’s writer Frank Cottrell Boyce attended the day to give Master classes on creative writing. The students even got to try out clay pigeon shooting and their climbing skills on the climbing wall. A brilliant day was had by all. In the evening the Academy hosted a performance celebration event showcasing the brilliant ‘Tuned In’ the Academy Glee-style club, and the OBA Boys Dance Academy who are also performing at the Brindley this week.
