ICT and Business teacher Mr Fenner took a group of BTEC level 3 Business Studies students to Jaguar’s Halewood plant, where they were given a guided tour of the state of the art facilities. Whilst on the tour, the students learnt how the world famous cars are assembled, and how the car manufacturer operates its global business.
Jordan Jolliffe commented “On Tuesday we visited the Jaguar plant in Halewood. We went for a business related trip to help us understand how the structure of Jaguar operates. Whilst there we were given a tour of the plant and found out a lot of interesting facts. As an overview, I think the trip was a very good experience and helped me understand how the Jaguar factory works”
Fellow student Adam Gerrard also commented “When we visited the Halewood Jaguar plant, we were given a guided tour where the cars are assembled. The best part of the tour was seeing how the robots created the cars”
