Curriculum
Key Stage 3 (Ages 11 – 13)
During the first two years at the Academy students will be placed in one of the three learning pathways according to their ability. There will be a skills-based, personalised approach to learning so that students can be fully engaged and successful in all subjects.

Students in Years 7 & 8 will follow the National Curriculum and a thinking skills programme based on Philosophy for Children:

Key Stage 4 (Ages 14 – 16)
This key stage will last for three years to allow a greater depth and choice of subjects. It will be possible for students to being some A-levels in Year 11.
All students will study English, Mathematics, Science, ICT, PE, RE and Citizenship.
